Scope of personal data processing
Within the scope of this website, we process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our contents and services.
Provision of the website and creation of log files
Whenever you call up our website, your Internet browser transmits certain data to the web server for technical reasons. The following data is collected:
- IP address of the user
- Date and time of retrieval
- Website that you visit
- Website from which you visit us
- Data transmitted Quantity
- Notification of successful retrieval
- Browser type and operating system
The data is also stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. Conclusions about a specific person are not possible.
For the technical and organisational implementation of our internet presence we use an external service provider. This service provider is obliged to process the data received exclusively according to our instructions.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Article 6 (1) lit. f DS-GVO.
Purpose of the data processing
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this purpose, the IP address must be stored for the duration of the session. The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website.
On our website we offer you the possibility to contact us by e-mail. In this case, the information provided by the user will be stored for the purpose of processing his contacting. The data will not be used for any other purpose.
Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their collection. In the case of the data for the provision of the website, this takes place after the end of the respective session; the data stored in log files is deleted after fourteen days at the latest.
The data collected in this way is made anonymous by technical precautions. This means that it is no longer possible to assign the data to the calling user.
The subject of data protection is personal data. According to Art. 4 No.1 DS-GVO, this is all information relating to an identified or identifiable person, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and, where applicable, usage data. Usage data is data which is necessary to use our web pages, e.g. information on the beginning, end and extent of use of our website, the IP address.
You have the following rights with regard to the personal data concerning you:

Granted consents can generally be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
